IMG_7630IMG_7632It’s Saturday hence time to relax and be carefree- how about a pair of soft jeans with knee cutouts and raw hem( 7 for mankind) paired with a mixed panel silk floral top (Joie)? To spice it up I wore a pair of black cage sandals.

The ground was wet from the thunder storm last night, but eventually sun came out and dried up all the rain.

Pink Purple Blue

My daughters’ favorite colors: pink and purple. The JCrew floral dress that I bought last year happened to match perfectly the DVF sandals I got a few years back. I love my Saint Laurent bag because it is such a practical and classic bag that I can carry Sunday through Monday, with all kinds of outfits. It came with prewrapped silk leopard print scarves on the handles, I took one off and left one on.

IMG_6737IMG_6739IMG_6741TGIF also the weekend of Mother’s Day! I already got quite a few sweet gifts and cards from dear daughters. A rather chilly and overcast day with light drizzle, I am in desperate need of something cheerful. I pulled this mustard yellow blouse out of my closet and paired it with a patterned pencil skirt from J Crew. I wore a pair of crackled leather sandals from Gentle Souls which is the most comfortable pair of sandals that I own. I wore a grey cotton cardigan from Banana Republic and carried a taupe purse from Michael Kors.

Victoria Beckham for Target – Striped Dress

Fashion, Uncategorized

I indeed bought quite a few pieces from Victoria Beckham for Target released a few weeks ago. Today I am wearing a cotton dress in blue stripes. It reminds me of the ticking fabrics of my favorite couch in our house. It has a structured origami looking sleeve design, slightly shorter front hem and gathered waist. It does look similar to a piece from her designer line – at a really affordable price. I put on a jean jacket to keep warm in the air conditioned office space.

So over the Easter weekend we all dressed in the white/ black / pink pieces from Victoria Beckham for Target collection. It was so much fun shopping for the girls from this collection because I can find quite a few coordinating pieces that is not identical. When I put the dresses on my girls, their faces just lit up – they felt very pretty in them, as well as comfortable. What else can I ask for?
