I wore this light multi color tweed skirt from Talbot yesterday, with a baby blue donut design sweater from Talbot. To keep up with the tweed theme, I topped it with a flecked raw edge jacket from Banana Republic. Again my daughter picked out my heels for me. She is such a sweet helper!
I loved the fashion styles from “Age of Adeline” -retro yet timeless. The other day I came across this green tweed jacket in Target which reminded me of the movie. The pockets, lining and buttons are all well appointed. I wore it with a cream colored mohair turtleneck sweater from JCrew and purple tweed cropped pants from Banana Republic. I carried a bucket bag from Proenza Schouler.
The traditional menswear button down gets a feminine update with streamlined silhouette and fun seersucker stripe cotton fabric. A well tailored tweed jacket with leather elbow patches completes this office outfit.
Today in my closet I found this pink tweed skirt from JCrew that was bought a few years ago. I like the nubby texture and it truly makes me happy. I paired it with a thin lacy paneled sweater and polka dots tights.
For more tweed, I put on this black jacket that also came from JCrew.
